摘要战略性新兴产业是由节能环保、新一代信息技术、生物、高端装备制造、新能源、新材料、新能源汽车七大产业构成，该产业是知识技术密集产业，物质资源消耗少，但是具有很大的发展潜力。45728
改革开放以来，我国的经济取得了长足的发展，各领域的经济都以较快的速度增长着，每年GDP增量在8%左右，经济总量在世界名列前茅。但是，我国创新力度不高，核心技术与国外差距大，重要产业对外依存度高，经济的增长也相应地付出了沉重的资源、环境代价。
新兴产业的发展成为新时代重要的任务，如何加以实施时刻受到国家领导以及全国人民的关注。因此该产业的融资问题就成为一个不能忽视的首要问题，这关乎了一个产业的生存和发展。
本文主要从三个部分论述论题“战略性新兴产业融资方式研究”，第一部分是绪论，先简单介绍战略性新兴产业融资的背景和研究意义，再介绍战略性新兴产业具体包括哪些产业，第二部分详述战略性新兴产业融资方式的现状，第三部分试着分析我国战略性新兴产业融资存在的问题，最后试着对其问题提出解决对策。

Abstract Strategic emerging industry is included energy conservation and environment protection, new generation information technology, organisms, high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy, new material, new energy automobile. The characteristic of them is full of knowledge technology, useless of physical resources, growth potential and good comprehensive benefits.
After the reform and opening-up policy, the economy in our country has made great development, annual GDP growth at around 8%, as its total economic output among the best in the world. However, because of lack of the innovate and core technology, the environment pay a lot. As a result, at sept. 21, 2009, the three emerging strategic industry development seminars hold by prime minister Wen Jiabao, emphasize the necessity and significance of developing strategic emerging industry. The aim in 2015 was the strategic emerging industries accounting for about 8% of gross domestic product, to strive for to around 15% in 2020.
As Strategic Emerging Industries becomes the import strategic mission in the new age, it is a question to how to carry on. From now on, Strategic Emerging Industries financing problems can not be ignored.
This paper consists of three parts: the first part is the introduction of this paper. It introduce the background and research significance of the paper, and then introduce the main industries. The second part expend the current situation of Strategic Emerging Industry financing. The third part try to analyze the problem of Strategic Emerging Industry in our country.

1.1 研究背景
2007年美国次贷危机引发了全球经济危机，使许多国家都深陷其中，其产业都受到了极大伤害。各国为了尽快恢复经济，都展开了一轮新兴产业的“革命”：美国耗资7870亿美元开拓新能源；欧盟走绿色经济道路，坚持低碳经济；英国强调绿色生产；日本加大能源产业开发的预算；德国为推动电动汽车产业发展，降低能耗，批准了5亿欧元的电动车研发技术预算，甚至连马来西亚、韩国等发展中国家都着力于转型经济模式，寻求高技术产业的发展，以使其能摆脱危机的影响。 战略性新兴产业融资方式研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_47281.html
