摘 要：当今世界，科学技术发展日新月异，知识产权竞争风起潮涌。知识产权保护对于技术进步而言是重要的制度保障，是发展的重要资源以及核心竞争要素。知识产权对江苏经济增长影响深远。本课题以地区国内生产总值（GDP）作为江苏经济增长的代理变量，专利权授权数量作为解释变量，从定量的角度建立合适的计量模型，采用线性回归分析的方法，分析了专利权对江苏经济增长的影响。结果表明，专利权授权量对江苏经济增长影响显著。此外，本文还从定性的角度，分析了商标权和著作权在经济增长过程中产生的影响。本文认为，通过对知识产权的运用和保护，全方位开发战略性新兴产业，多层次转变江苏省经济发展方式，实现经济持续、稳定发展。58487

Abstract: Nowadays, with the development of science and technology, the competition of intellectual property is rising like the wind and scudding clouds . The protection of IP is important for technological progress in terms of system security and is an important resource as well as the core element of the development of competition. IP have significant impact on economic growth in Jiangsu. The issue of the region's gross domestic product (GDP) as a proxy for economic growth , the number of authorized patents as explanatory variables, establishing an appropriate econometric model from a quantitative point of view, using the method of linear regression analysis, and analyzing the impact of patents on economic growth. The results show that the impact of the patent granted in Jiangsu's economic growth significantly. Additionally, this article analyzes the influence of trademark and copyright produced in the process of economic growth from a qualitative point of view. This article argues that through the use and protection of IP and comprehensive development of strategic new industries and multi-level transformation of economic, to achieve economic stability and sustainable development.

1 引言
在经济和科学技术发展全球化的背景下，知识产权已经成为热点问题。世界未来的竞争衍变为知识产权的竞争，知识产权战略已经成为国家的重要发展战略。在2008年和2009年，国务院以及江苏省分别颁布并实施了《国家知识产权战略纲要》、《江苏省知识产权战略纲要》。每年4月26日被确定为“世界知识产权保护日”，帮助广大群众加强对知识产权保护意识。为使江苏经济快速提升，必须以发展为本，坚持创新驱动，加快转变经济运行方式。创新是发展的灵魂，知识产权保护是提高自主创新能力的核心力量以及高效经济手段，对推动江苏经济持续快速的发展尤为重要。
