摘 要：面对着全球化的冲击和激烈的国内竞争，常州文化产业正在艰难的发展。本文详细的介绍了常州文化产业的发展阶段的初步判断和常州所具备的旅游景点众多，交通便利，经济发展水平高和文化品牌基础良好四个优势。紧接着详细介绍文化产业发展过程当中遇到的问题。最后根据问题提出相应的对策，优化文化体制改革，加快文化产业人才队伍的建设，加强文化资源合理有效的整合，增强动漫产业的创新力和拓展文化贸易的发展。57979

Abstract：At the same time of economic construction, cultural industries have also made some achievements.Facing the impact of the globalization and competition in the domestic,the development of Changzhou cultural industry is struggling.This article detailedly introduces the development of cultural industry in Changzhou in the phase of the preliminary judging and four advantages including many tourist attractions,the convenient transportation,high level of economic development and good foundation of culture brand.Then it detailedly introduces that the culture industry has four questions in the process of development.According to the problems i put forward the corresponding countermeasure, for example, optimize the reformation of civilization system, speed up the talent team construction of cultural industry, and strengthen the cultural resources of reasonable and effective integration，innovation power of animation industry and expanding the development of cultural trade.
