摘 要：农业经济不仅关乎国家粮食供应安全，更是国民经济的重要组成部分。改革开放以来，地处苏北的涟水县农产品产量增长迅速，农业经济蓬勃发展，在苏北地区发挥着示范作用。本文以涟水县农业经济为研究对象，通过对涟水县农业经济发展现状的分析，找出制约涟水县农业经济发展的主要问题：农业劳动力素质偏低；结构优化水平低；农业产业链不完善；农业生产科技含量低；资源浪费和环境污染。最后提出了应对涟水县农业经济发展过程中存在的这些问题的对策和方法。70888

Abstract: The agricultural economy is not only about national food supply security, it is an important part of the national economy. 1 引言
在国民经济发展中，农业经济占据十分重要的地位，对于我国这样人口众多、人均耕地面积严重不足的传统农业国家来说，农业经济的地位更是举足轻重。推进农业经济发展对增加农民收入、推动农业转型升级、缩小城乡发展差距具有重要意义。随着生产工具的革新和生产力的提高，涟水县的农业经济在改革开放后有了很大的发展，粮食和其他农作物产量产量连续多年稳步提高。
然而，涟水县农业经济在发展的过程中仍然存在许多制约其发展的问题：农业基础较为薄弱，农业生产规模较小；农业劳动力素质偏低；农业生产经营模式较落后；产业结构不合理。针对这些问题，本文拟从新时期下涟水农业发展的产业化、现代化需求出发，运用农业经济学理论对涟水县农业经济的发展现状及存在的问题进行深入探讨，找出制约涟水县农业经济现代化可持续发展的主要因素，提出促进涟水县农业经济可持续发展的建议。论文网
2 涟水县农业经济发展现状
