摘 要：邳州作为全国三大银杏生产基地之一，一直重视银杏产业的发展，把银杏产业视为调整农村产业结构、促进邳州经济和社会发展的重点项目。如今，银杏产业已经成为促进邳州经济发展、农民增收的主导产业。文章运用SWOT分析方法对邳州银杏产业的内部优势与劣势、外部的机遇与威胁进行了全面的分析，揭示出当前邳州银杏产业发展存在的问题，并提出了加强企业自主创新能力、积极开展银杏的深加工、加强产业的外向化建设、加大政府的支持力度等发展建议，以发挥自身的优势扭转劣势，抓住外部机遇避开威胁，加快和促进邳州银杏产业的可持续发展。57819

Abstract：Pizhou is one of the biggest productive base of Gingko. It has always paid attention to the development of gingko industry, and the gingko industry is an important project of adjusting the rural industrial structure and promoting economic development. Now gingko industry has become the leading industry in promoting economic development and increasing farmers’ income. This paper uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the gingko industry internal strength and weakness and external opportunities and threats, revealing the problems which exist in the development of gingko industry, and putting forward to strengthen enterprises’ capacity for independent innovation, carrying out actively deep processing of ginkgo, strengthening the exteriorization of industrial construction, intensifying government’s support, etc. So enterprises can play the advantages of itself to change bad situation and grasp opportunities to avoid threats, strengthen and facilitate the sustainable development of gingko industry at Pizhou..

银杏又名白果，原产于中国，树种优良，是中国最古老珍贵的孑遗植物，是仅存于中国的“活化石”植物，是著名的美化环境、净化空气的无公害优良树种。其寿命长，适应性强，用途广且容易管理，银杏树全身都是宝，银杏在食用、药材、生态、观赏、文化、材用等方面具有珍贵而神奇的作用。银杏木材结构细密，富有韧性，纹理通直，易加工，不翘不裂，不易变形，兼有特殊药香，经久耐用，是雕刻、工艺、室内装饰的良好材质；银杏果是滋补佳品和药膳食品，其甘美，营养丰富，是名贵的保健品；银杏叶里含有内酯类和黄酮类等多种活性成分，是重要的药用资源。因此，银杏产业在国内外市场有很好的发展前景，邳州作为全国三大银杏生产基地之一，银杏产业已经成为其支柱型产业，对促进其经济与社会发展具有重要的作用。本文运用SWOT模型系统分析了邳州银杏产业自身具有的优势与劣势以及当前面临的发展机遇和威胁，并且在全面详细的分析基础上，有针对性的提出了邳州银杏产业发展的建议，对于加快邳州银杏产业的发展具有重要意义。 邳州银杏产业的SWOT分析与发展建议:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_62664.html
