江苏省高新技术产品出口现状问题及发展探析

摘要：在经济全球化这个时代里，知识经济将会成为经济发展的主流方向，而高新技术产业又是知识经济的支柱产业。所以，高新技术产业的发展状况在一定程度上代表了一个国家或地区国际竞争力的强弱。本文正是基于这种历史背景，首先研究了江苏高新技术产业出口贸易发展的现状，紧接着根据现状和特点，分析其发展中存在的问题，最后针对问题提出要提高创新能力、明确指导思想、促进区域和谐发展、完善产品结构、积极应对贸易壁垒、吸引人才的策略以期能使其平稳高速发展。56581

Abstract: The knowledge economy will become the main direction of economic development in the era of economic globalization. The high-tech industry is the pillar industry of knowledge economy. So, the development of high-tech industry represents a certain degree of international competitiveness of a country or a region. This paper is based on the historical background, at first, it studies on the present situation of the export trade of high-tech industry’s development in Jiangsu, then according to the present situation and the characteristics, the paper analyses its problems in the process of development, and finally it puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures in connection with the problems, such as increasing innovation capacity, making clear the guiding ideology, promoting balanced development between regions, improving the product structure, dealing with the trade barriers positively and attracting more talents, in order to make the high-tech industry develop quickly and smoothly.
