摘要：十几年以来，对农村信用社改革的研究形成类似军阀割据的局面，各个学者所持态度不一，呼吁成立农村商业银行得到了不少学者的赞成，同样也吸引了国内外许多专业人士的研究兴趣。到目前为止，江苏农村金融机构种类多而杂，商业银行、农村信用社、村镇银行、多种种类的金融机构互存。中国银监会等有关部门即刻指明了要加快步伐，促进农村信用社和农村合作银行向农商行转型的重要提示，来适从“三农”发展的急切需求，力求让农商行这类新型独立的金融机构成为拉动中国农村金融发展的领头羊。50472

本文从可持续发展的内容着手，明确阐述了可持续发展的含义，在这个基础上更深一层分析了江苏省农商行可持续发展的有关问题。首先，对江苏农村商业银行可持续发展的含义给出评定，指出了农村商业银行可持续发展的困难。然后，对江苏农村商业银行进行SWOT分析，得出农村商业银行可持续发展面临的威胁与机会。最终，指出农商行为实现可持续发展，要遵照的相关建议和对策。
