Abstract

Venture in the development process requires effective financial support, and thus the effectiveness of how efficient and reasonable venture capital has become one of the key contents of the current financial industry common concern. Venture capital activities are based on a scientific risk analysis, assessment, control and management theory and methods, rational screening business projects, inject capital to Venture which have a positive outlook and development potential, to promote these enterprises sustainable development and efficient operation, enhance the probability of success of the venture, while capital gain through effective investment. At this stage, Venture capital is an important source of financing for small and medium Venture enterprises, analysis the risk of venture capital, put forward specific measures to prevent and resolve, has important practical significance.
