摘要我国自从实施了改革开放的政策，经济蓬勃发展，FDI的流入资金迅速增加，逐渐成为我国资金的重要来源之一。本文以1995-2014年间的相关数据作为研究样本，探究引入的外资资金是否会影响经济的发展。分析探讨外商直接投资、劳动力、国内资本与经济增长之间的关系，应利用拟合优度检验、变量显著性检验等方法对模型进行检验。得出探求成果，我国的经济能够持续增长离不开外来资金的引入。为了能够吸引更多的外商直接投资，需要采取相应的措施，例如调整中西部地区招商引资的政策，加大优惠力度；优化产业结构，使其均匀发展；改善国内投资环境，创造良好的条件；改变传统的引资观念，在保证质量的基础上增加数量，从而促进我国经济持续稳定的增长。46243

ABSTRACT
Since reform and opening up, the rapid development of Chinese economy and the introduction of FDI scale expands unceasingly gradually become the important sources of funds in our country. The related data between 1995 and 2014 as the research sample in this article, to explore the relationship between direct investments from foreign business and economic growth. Analyze domestic and foreign direct investment, labor, capital and economic growth, the relationship between the application test of goodness of fit and variable significance test method to test the model. At the end, the results show that the relationship between direct investments from foreign business and economic growth has present a positive correlation. In other words, direct investments from foreign business has play a significant role in promoting in economic growth in China. In order to be able to attract more foreign direct investment, government needs to take corresponding measures. Such as adjust the policy of Midwest's investment promotion, and increase the intensity of preferential; optimize the industry structure, and balance the development; improve the investment environment in China, to create good conditions; change the idea of investment, prioritize the both growths of quality and quantity, in order to promote sustained steady growth of economic in our country.

第一章 绪论
1.1研究背景及研究意义
由于经济全球化程度的逐步增强，资本在国际间的流动变得更加自由化，外商直接投资（FDI）越来越受到各国的重视。对于外商直接投资的资产接受国而言，资金的流入固然重要，但更重要的是学习到了丰富的管理经验和先进的技术水平。因此，对于资金、技术受限制的发展中国家来说，FDI对经济增长有着重要的影响；同时，发展中国家持续增长的经济情况，以及投资环境的不断改善也会吸引大量外资。
中国是发展中国家的领头者，与其他国家相比更是善于引进外资。改革开放后，外商是否直接来华投资对于中国来说显得尤为重要。我国对市场经济体制进行改革，颁布相关的法律政策，建设完善基础设施以及投入对人力资源的培训，凭借这些市场潜力，为引进FDI创造良好的环境，成功吸引了一批又一批外商在华进行投资。目前，中国吸收FDI的排名为世界第一，并且数量还有大幅度上升的趋势。 FDI对经济增长的影响研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_47909.html
