摘要金融体系经过多年的发展，从高度垄断的国有银行开始，到现在新鲜血液的民营银行注入，金融领域将进入崭新的一页。最近几年随着国民收入升高，国民对资产的运作认知加深，民营银行的行业服务也越显强力。改革开放以来金融行业也发生了巨大变化，具有丰富经验的外资银行也瞄准了拥有巨大潜力的中国民营银行业务市场，民营银行业务成为中外资银行竞争的焦点。而我国在金融行业的相关法律还有很大的缺陷以及民营银行自身存在诸多问题所以国内民营银行的开办将面临诸多问题和挑战。先结合中国民因银行发展历史，分析民营银行发展的现状，归纳出影响民因银行发展的制约因素，并借鉴发达和发展中国民营银行发展的经验，探索出适合中国民营银行发展的道路，提出解决对策，扫清阻碍中国民营银行发展的障碍，促进中国民营银行发展。46159

ABSTRACT
After years of rapid development, a high degree of monopoly of the financial system requires private banks to intervene and glow new vitality. Private banks are the core of wealth management, providing a personalized high-end financial services to private customers with high net assets. In recent years, China's rapid expansion of the rich, strong demand for asset management, private banking business is increasingly showing a huge growth potential. With the full opening of China's financial industry, foreign banks with rich experience also aimed at China's private banking market with huge potential, the private banking business has become the focus of competition in foreign banks. Because of the lack of relevant laws and regulations and the problems existing in our country's private banks, the private banking business in our country is still facing many difficulties and challenges.Firstly, combined with the Chinese people because of the history of the development of the bank. Analysis the status quo of the development of private banks, summed up the people affected due to the restricting factors of the development bank, and draw lessons from the developed and the developing experience of the development of private bank in China, to explore a suitable road for the development of private bank in China, proposes the solution countermeasure, clear away the obstacles of the development of private bank in China barriers in order to promote development of private bank in China.
