摘要随着工业化和城镇化的深入推进，我国农业发展获得其他的发展。中央在2013年的一号文件里也提出了目标：加快发展现代农业。但是在全球经济一体化的影响下，没有任何国家可以仅仅依靠自己就能实现利益最大化，农产品贸易也是如此。中央一号文件在2014年又提出，支持境外的农业生产和进口出口合作。中国和俄罗斯比邻而居，不仅边境线相交，合作的历史也很悠久，而且各方面都有着互补性。所以在同年，中俄两国进入“全面发展新阶段”，中俄总理定期会晤委员会农业合作委员会也在中俄的主导下成立，俄罗斯政府在乌克兰危机之后对西方国家实施了反制裁战略，习主席提出了“一带一路”的战略，这一战略也得到了俄罗斯人民的认同。近些年来，中国与俄罗斯的经济贸易得到迅速发展。中俄双方之间的贸易不仅相互补充而且还有着巨大的相似性。尽管现阶段俄罗斯是以第二产业为主，辽阔的国土却也为其第一产业即农业打造了基础。与之对应的则是，我国也有着辽阔的国土面积，发达的农业，我国自古以来在农业上都是大国。45976
本文首先讲述产业内贸易的概念和优化，然后了解中俄双方在农产品贸易上的基本情况和历史演变，以此引出中俄双方在农产品贸易中存在的不足和缘由，其后对改进中俄农产品的产业内贸易给出好的建议。
