摘要在“三农”问题频繁提出的背景下，推进农村金融体制改革创新、建立完善和农村经济发展水平相适应的农村金融体系已经成为刻不容缓的事情。本研究在对农户进行实地的问卷调查后，以获得的调研数据为依据，全面了解农户的基本特征，深入掌握农户的金融需求和农村金融供给状况，并以此为基础运用计量分析法分析了农村金融需求与供给的影响因素。最后，为进一步满足日益增长的农村金融需求，本文从培育多元化的农村金融供给主体、促进金融创新、建立完善农业保险和农户的自我完善等四个方面给出了相应的政策建议。42647

Research on Supply and Demand of Rural Financial Service

Abstract
In the context of the "three rural" issues frequently raised, it has become an urgent matter to promote the reform and innovation in rural financial system and perfect the rural financial system to adapt to the rural economic development level. In this study, after the questionnaire survey in the field of farmers, a comprehensive understanding of the basic characteristics of farmers and a deep understanding of the financial demand of farmers and rural financial supply can be got. At the same time, on the basis of the data, the influence factors of rural financial demand and supply are analyzed by using the econometric analysis method. Finally, in order to further meet the growing demand for rural finance, this article from the cultivation of persified rural financial supply main body, promoting financial innovation, improving agricultural insurance, self-improvement of farmers and so on four aspects give the corresponding policy recommendations.

一 引言
（一）研究背景与意义
1.研究背景
农业、农村、农民“三农”问题始终是和国家高度重视的问题。在改革开放之初，本应从农村进行的改革由于受到国内外政治经济形势的影响和国家发展战略的考虑而被迫暂缓，国家改革的重点逐步转移到城市和工业，由此形成我国独有的城乡二元经济结构，农村与城市的差距进一步扩大，导致我国的绝大部分贫困人口都分布于农村地区。
为此，二十一世纪以来，国家政府一直高度关注“三农”问题。从2004年至2015年，中央一号文件持续十二年聚焦“三农”，十二个一号文件形成了我国新时期建设社会主义新农村的政策体系。2015年中央一号文件《关于加大改革创新力度加快农业现代化建设的若干意见》,明确提出了在经济新常态下继续全面深化农村改革、促进农民持续增收的要求［ ］，为实现农业现代化指明了道路。 农村金融服务的需求和供给研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_43148.html
