摘要：定量宽松货币政策最早在2001年3月被日本央行采用，并被认为是危机中唯一有效的政策操作。本文以日本为例研究了定量宽松货币政策的实施效果，首先简单地介绍了定量宽松货币政策的相关定义和研究背景，然后对政策进行了理论分析，对日本相关数据进行了处理，再运用IS-LM模型进行研究，计算出投资和货币需求各自的利率弹性大小，判断IS曲线和LM曲线的走向，勾勒出符合日本经济发展实际的IS—LM模型再进行实践效果分析，从实施情况和实施效果两方面着手，最后从积极影响和消极影响方面加以概括。64949

Title  Japan's quantitative easing monetary policy ——based on the comparative static analysis of IS-LM model                  

Abstract Quantitative easing monetary policy adopted by the bank of Japan in March 2001 the earliest, and is considered to be the crisis the only effective policy in operation. Taking Japan as an example study the quantitative effect of the quantitative easing monetary policy, first of all simply introduced the quantitative easing monetary policy of the related definitions and the research background, then the policy has carried on the theoretical analysis, the relevant data of Japan, then use the is-lm model, calculate the investment and money demand their own interest rate elasticity, judgment IS curve and LM curve, the outline of Japanese economic development actually IS - LM model to practice effect IS analyzed from two aspects of implementation and implementation effect, finally to generalize from the aspects of positive affect and negative affect.
