在经济全球化的推动下，世界服务贸易得到了迅速的发展，其作为新一轮经济发展的重要引擎的，重要意义不言而喻。服务贸易也逐渐成为中国改善国际贸易地位，提高经济效率及国际经济竞争力，乃至增加外汇收入、扩大社会就业的重要力量。然而中国的服务贸易目前还处于初级阶段，在体制、规模、结构和国际竞争力中还存在很多方面的不足。美国作为世界最大的服务贸易国，其服务贸易发展具有增长快、科技含量高、贸易顺差明显、服务外包与海外商业存在并举、市场结构较为高端等多方面的特点与优势。政府重视、技术创新、发展海外直接投资等因素直接促进了美国服务贸易的国际竞争力。借鉴美国服务贸易发展的经验对中国服务贸易发展具有很重要的作用和意义。本毕业论文首先分析了美国服务贸易发展的现在以及其发展的经验，然后探讨了当前中国服务贸易发展现状及发展中所遇到的问题，最后结合美国服务贸易发展的经验提出了解决中国服务贸易发展问题的一些建议。5755
