摘要 ：当今时代，我国的经济发展迅速，社会保障也在从无到有到完善的发展过程中，社会保障是一个国家或地区经济发展和社会生活的“安全网”和“稳定器”，本文以中国证社会保障在各个阶段的发展过程为研究背景，纵观当前国内外相关研究，同时参考其他国家的发展模式，从历史宏观角度探索其发展过程，从社会保障的各个分支逐一进行分析，具体问题具体分析，加强对中国社会保障的研究,不仅适应当前经济社会发展对社会保障发展的需要,也是以科学发展观的理念来指导中国社会保障制度在新形势下的发展、体现经济社会的全面与协调的可持续发展战略思想的需要,给出我国社会保障发展的最合理模式。29664

Discussion on the current status and mode selection of social security of China
Abstract: at present , Chinese rapid economic development, social security is from scratch to the improvement of the development process, social security is the "safety net" and "stabilizer" of a country or region economy development and social life, this paper to Chinese social security in every stage of the development process as the research background, throughout the current related research at home and abroad. At the same time the development mode of other countries, from macroscopic view of history exploration the development process, from the various branches of social insurance carries on the analysis one by one, specific issues specific analysis, to strengthen the research of social insurance in China, not only to adapt to the requirement of the development of social security in the current economic and social development, philosophy is the scientific development concept to guide social security system in China under the new situation of the development, reflects the needs of a comprehensive and coordinated economic and social sustainable development strategic thought，given Chinese  social security development the most reasonable model.
