摘要：动漫产业被称为“新兴的朝阳产业”。日本动漫产业在世界上居于领先地位。结合对日本动漫作品《EVA》的动画画风、取景、声优阵容、人物性格、衍生品与周边业、音乐业、影视业及游戏业等所作的案例分析，可以看出日本动漫产业具有市场合作机制明确，市场细分明确、产品多样化，传播、销售渠道广，市场运作模式独特，数字科技运用广泛，以及对外传播和交流强势等特点。相比之下，国内动漫产业则存在着受众范围狭窄，营销模式与产业链不能良性循环，以及社会普及面不广等诸多问题。因而，日本动漫产业的特点对于我国动漫产业今后发展，具有极大的启示意义。学习、借鉴和汲取日本动漫产业的成功经验，通过实施加大政府产业政策扶持力度，加强动漫知识产权保护，努力创造出具有中国特色的原创性角色，加快动漫创作人才的培养，并利用新媒体的优势将国产动漫进一步普及和推广等一系列举措，中国的动漫产业在未来一定能取得更好的发展。30569

Analysis the features of Japanese animation industry and en-lightenment of chinese animation industry development
Abstract: Animation industry is called burgeoning industrial of rising sun. Japanese animation industry stands as leading position in the world.Judging from the style of animation ,framing ,features of characters, derivative industry peripheral industry, music , film industry and games in the animation “EVA”, it can be seen that there are specification in market cooperation mechanism,market Segmentation and persity of products.It also shares the features such as spread wide in sales channel, unique market operation model, widely used digital technology , strong foreign communication and exchanges and so on.In comparison local animation industry has a lot of problems such as narrow audience, not virtuous cycle in marketing model and industry chain, not widespread society, and so on.Thus , Japanese animation industry enlightens local industry in many ways.Learning and draining the successful experience from Japanese animation industry though the support from the government support and enhance the protection to intellectual property can help local industry improve fast. Also, trying to cultivate creative talents, use the advantage of new media,promote and popularize are helpful too.
