中国东盟自由贸易区下中国静态贸易效应研究

摘要：当前世界上区域经济一体化发展迅速，作为世界上拥有人口量最多的自由贸易区，中国—东盟自由贸易区的发展一直备受关注。自贸区的建立会对我国和东盟国家产生贸易创造效应和贸易转移效应，贸易创造产生正效应，贸易转移产生负效应。中国与东盟的经济合作是否真正有所成效，取决于两者综合效应。在中国—东盟自由贸易区建立之后，国际上许多学者对此会产生的贸易效应进行了研究，但结果并不统一。本文从理论和实证两方面分析，研究自2005年后中国的静态贸易效应。研究结果显示，贸易创造效应大于贸易转移效应，即中国—东盟自由贸易区有助于中国福利的增长。同时，本文也在最后为中国提出了一些政策建议，希望帮助中国更好地应对未来的挑战。30494

The study of China static trade effects under CAFTA
Abstract:The regional economic integration develops very quickly in the world nowadays. As the Free Trade Area whose population is the biggest in the world, the development of the China and ASEAN Free Trade Area (shorted for CAFTA )is always concerned by all the people in the long time. CFFTA will both make the trade creation effect and the trade persion effect to China and ASEAN countries. The trade creation can make positive effect and the trade persion can make negative effect. If the economic cooperation between China and ASEAN will work, it depends on the general effect of the two trade effect. After the CAFTA set up, many academician has studied the trade effect, but the result is different in different academician’s research result. This thesis will analyze the static trade effect of China after 2005 theoretically and empirically. According to the research result, the trade creation effect is bigger than the trade persion effect, it means the CAFTA is beneficial to the increase of China’s welfare.In the meantime, this article also put up some policy suggestions in the end. I hope that these suggestions can help China solve the problems better when China meets the challenge in the future.
