摘要：一个地区只有取得了竞争优势，才能在市场竞争中存在立足之地，而区域工业竞争力的质量作为决定区域优势的关键在区域发展中至关重要。本文在界定区域工业竞争力概念的基础上，构建评价指标体系，运用熵值法对无锡市各辖区工业竞争力进行测度，结果表明：无锡市分辖区工业竞争力大小不同，差异较大。最后，针对各辖区工业竞争力的不同情况提出相应的提升对策：竞争力强的保持领先；竞争力较强的注重于现实、潜在竞争力的协调发展；竞争力一般的，发展优势，弥补劣势；竞争力薄弱的根据产业现状，以可行性为基础，提高现实竞争力。94546

Abstract: Only achieving a competitive advantage, an area can have a foothold in the fierce market competition。 The quality of regional industrial competitiveness as the key determinants of regional advantages is critical in regional development。 On the basis of defining the concept of regional industrial competitiveness, this paper builds the evaluation index system, using the entropy value method, to measure the industrial competitiveness of various districts in Wuxi city。 The result shows that industrial competitiveness of districts in Wuxi is different, and the difference is great。 The industrial competitiveness of industries in Wuxi is different from each other, and has obvious levels。 In the end, this paper puts forward the countermeasures for improving the regional industrial competitiveness based on the different conditions of industrial competitiveness of districts: Districts of strong industrial competitiveness stay ahead; less competitive districts focus on the balance between realistic and potential competitive development and develop advantages, compensate disadvantages; Districts of weak competitiveness improve the competitiveness of reality based on the feasibility of the industrial situation。

二十世纪八十年代以来，伴随着经济全球化的趋势，国家之间的联系日益密切，竞争格局也开始发生变化，各国政府逐渐意识到一个国家或地区的竞争力与该国或该地区的产业竞争力密切相关。产业竞争力作为学术界研究的热点，相应的研究成果也日益丰富。目前学术界对于产业竞争力的内涵还没有统一的认识，但依据研究角度的不同，现已形成生产力学说、要素资源配置学说、区域环境学说、比较优势和竞争优势学说等多种学说。基于产业竞争力的分析范式有：波特的“钻石模型”、邓宁的“国际化钻石模型”、金碚的工业品国际竞争力分析框架等。实证方法有：因子分析法、偏离一份额分析法、数据包络分析法(DEA)、聚类分析法和熵值法等[1]。相关研究对于认识和提升区域产业竞争力起到一定的指导借鉴作用，但就目前来说相应的理论研究成果较多，而研究案例还不够丰富。本文将在界定区域工业竞争力概念的基础上，构建评价指标体系，以无锡市为例，运用熵值法对工业竞争力进行综合测度，通过对各辖区工业竞争力的得分比较研究，提出提升工业竞争力的对策，为政府制定工业发展政策和规划提供依据，并为其他城市的工业竞争力的研究，提供参考和借鉴。 基于熵值法的无锡市工业竞争力研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_202594.html
