摘要众筹作为互联网金融发展而产生的一种新兴融资模式，可以帮助中小企业融资并取得项 目的最终成功，本文主要研究实物众筹项目融资达成率的影响因素，首先对国内外相关研究 进行系统的梳理,根据理论提出假设，再从淘宝众筹平台采集 179 个样本数据，利用 STATA13 作为分析软件，通过多元回归分析验证假设,并探讨分析结果，最后在实证分析的基础上提 出相关发展建议,来帮助众筹融资者提高融资达成率。88045

ABSTRACT The crowdfunding, as an emerging financing mode along with the rapid growth of Internet Finance can help inpidual founders to obtain funds and eventually make achievement。This paper mainly researches the influence factors of achievement rate of the reward-crowdfunding projects。Firstly, The paper offers a description of the existing research on this topic ,suggests the hypothesis according to the theories  ,then collects  a  dataset  of  179  projects  from  Tao  Bao  crowdfunding  platform， uses STATA13 as analysis tool to verify the hypothesis under empirical analysis which based on the method of multiple regression and also analyze results of the analysis discussed。 Finally, the paper provides development proposals on the basis of empirical study for the funders to improve the achievement rates。From~优E尔L论E文W网wWw.YoUeRw.com 加QQ7520.18766
