摘要美国作为世界上综合国力最为强大的国家，而中国作为发展最快的发展中国家，在经济体量上以及许多很多方面已经可以比肩甚至超过许多发达国家。随着中国改革开放的进一步深化，中国的贸易总量稳步上升，对外出口以每年7%左右的速度持续的增长。同时，作为世界上的两个大国，中美之间的贸易额以每年20%的速度高速增长，已经从1979年的不足25亿美元迅速增长至2012年的4847亿美元。随着中美贸易量的增长，随之而来的是中美贸易摩擦的升级，其中，知识产权问题的争端成为其中的焦点所在。本文根据中美知识产权争端的不同阶段，通过对其发展变化的分析，结合两国的不同国情，分析争端产生的根本原因，并提出相应对策。21822

Title Probe into Intellectual Property Rights in
China and the United States Trade Disputes
Abstract
The United States is the most powerful country in the world in comprehensive national strength, and China as one of the fastest growing developing countries, can on a par or even overtake many developed countries in its economic body and many other ways. Along with the further deepening of China's reform and opening up, China's trade has risen steadily, exports continued growth at a speed of about 7% every year. At the same time, as two big countries in the world, the volume of trade between China and the United States increased strongly at an annual rate of 20%, has been growing rapidly from less than $2.5 billion in 1979 to $484.7 billion in 2012. As the growth of the sino-us trade, followed by updating the sino-us trade friction, among them, the intellectual property rights disputes become the focus of the question.
In this paper, according to the different stages of sino-us intellectual property dispute, through the analysis of its development and changes, combined with the different national conditions of the two countries, this article analyzes the more the dispute reason, and put forward the corresponding countermeasure.
