知识产权壁垒对我国进出口贸易的影响分析

摘要随着世界各国之间的经济来往的开放性和贸易的自由化趋势各国对外贸易中不断出现各种关税性和非关税性壁垒，当中知识产权壁垒逐渐成为了各国在对外贸易中调整利益和获取利益的重要手段。一国对外贸易环境和制约会直接或间接地影响另一个国家的经济利益，甚者会产生巨大的影响，本毕业论文通过对知识产权壁垒的概念，发展过程，特性等等内容进行研究和解析，而且用几种研究手段描述我国在遇到发达国家的知识产权壁垒时对我国进出口企业的实际影响。最后，根据理论分析和实证研究的结果，本文提出了一些应对知识产权壁垒的建议和对应策略，分析如何让我国知识产权理论界在理论研究与实践经验总结上也取得成果。提出了一些我国在对外贸易中如何对应知识产权壁垒的影响的方法。19916

Title    The impact of intellectual property barriers to the
             import and export trade analysis
Abstract
With the liberalization of world trends in economic dealings between trade openness and foreign trade in emerging countries to various tariff and non-tariff barriers, intellectual property barriers among nations gradually become adjusted interest and get in foreign trade important means of interest.
A country's foreign trade environment and constraints will directly or indirectly affect the economic interests of another   country , fraudulent claims will have a huge impact. This paper is based on the concept of intellectual property barriers to the development process, features and much more research and analysis, and several studies described by means of the actual impact of intellectual property rights in the face of barriers in developed countries to import and export enterprises.
Finally, according to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper puts forward some suggestions to deal with intellectual property barriers and coping strategies, analyze how the theory of intellectual property rights in the theoretical study and practical experience summary also get results. Some of the proposed methods of how foreign trade barriers in the corresponding impact of intellectual property.
