摘要随着社会经济的发展，经济的不断蜕变，现代经济的核心逐渐向金融方向转移，金融在人类的生存生活中地位稳固，不可或缺。金融全球化不断扩大，中国的金融改革和竞争也日益激烈。商业银行在现代金融调控市场中起着绝对的基础作用，决定着上层建筑。商业银行是我们国民经济的命脉所在，在中国金融业中起着举足轻重的作用，为金融业的重要组成部分。而上市商业银行绩效评价体系，虽然研究尚处于探索阶段，但是学者们一直致力于商业银行绩效考核的讨论，深化提高评估方式，从而尖端分析方法得到快速发展，DEA作为一个新的绩效评价方法，其应用在各个方面都非常准确全面完备与出色。而本文，对中国上海和深圳上市商业银行的经营业绩使用DEA方法来评价，有助于上市商业银行重新界定投入、产出指标。而基于DEA建立的商业银行绩效评价体系，能够完善现有评价体系的缺陷，帮助银行更好地分配资源，提高效率。25350

Title Study on bank performance evaluation based on DEA listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen
Abstract
With the development of social economy, the continuous transformation of economy, the core of modern economy gradually shifted to finance, and the financial position in the survival and life of mankind is stable and indispensable.The financial globalization continues to expand, and the financial reform and competition of China is becoming fiercer and fiercer. Commercial banks plays an absolutely basis role and determines the superstructure in the modern market controlled by finance. The bank is the lifeblood of the national economy, plays a vital role in the Chinese finance industry, for the important part of the finance industry. And the performance evaluation system of commercial banks listed, research is still in the exploratory stage, but scholars has been working to discuss performance evaluation system of commercial bank, further improve the assessment way, sophisticated methods of analysis obtained the fast development, DEA is used as a new performance evaluation method, its application in various aspects are very accurate and well. And this paper, the operating results of listed commercial banks in Shanghai and Shenzhen, using the DEA method to evaluate, help listed banks to redefine the input, output indicators.The commercial bank performance evaluation system based on DEA can improve the existing rating system, and help banks better allocate resources and improve the efficiency.
