小学班干部培养现状调查及改善对策研究

以徐州市某小学为例,通过文献研究、调查问卷、访谈等方法对小学班干部的培养现状进行调查分析,梳理现阶段小学班干部培养中存在的诸多问题,从而结合新时代对学生能力的要求

摘要随着现代教育理念的不断深入,基础教育越来越重视学生创新精神和实践能力。小学班干部的设立和实施,可使学生个人表达、自律、责任、自信、合作、协调等各方面素质得到提高。因而小学班干部的培养则是教师引导学生锻炼自我能力、高效管理班级、专业提升、贯彻现代教育理念的有效途径和必要手段。本研究以徐州市某小学为例,通过文献研究、调查问卷、访谈等方法对小学班干部的培养现状进行调查分析,梳理现阶段小学班干部培养中存在的诸多问题,从而结合新时代对学生能力的要求及素质教育的目标,尝试提出小学班干部培养的改善策略。51385

 The Current Situation Investigation of Class Cadre Cultivation in Primary School and Counter Measures Research——A Case of J Primary School in XuZhou 

Abstract

With the deepening development of modern educational theories, the basic education has attached more and more importance to the students' innovative spirit and practical ability. The establishment and implementation of the primary school class cadre can make the students' personal expression, self-discipline, responsibility, confidence, cooperation, coordination and other aspects of the quality improve. Therefore, the cultivation of primary school class cadres is an effective way and necessary means for teachers to guide students to exercise their abilities, manage classes efficiently, promote professionally, and implement the concepts of modern education. This study which is investigated in a primary school in Xuzhou City , investigate and analyze primary school class cadre cultivation situation through literature research, questionnaire survey, interviews and other methods , combing the problems in current situation of primary class cadre cultivation. Then , it tries to put forward the tactics to improve primary school class cadre cultivation on the basic of the standards of next-generation for the students' ability and objective of quality education.
