摘要 幼儿期是人的个性形成和发展的重要时期，这个时期的分享教育对幼儿的个性发展具有重要意义。幼儿园是幼儿一日生活的主要场所。本文立足于幼儿园分享教育对幼儿个性发展的影响，采用问卷调查法、观察法对幼儿园的分享教育现状进行探究，发现在目前的幼儿园分享教育中还存在很多问题，导致很多幼儿不能形成成熟的分享理念、难以做到主动分享、产生伪分享的行为、不能很好地产生愉悦的情感体验、难以主动牺牲自我利益。针对这些问题，从渗透分享教育理念、丰富分享教育的形式、改变教育态度和方法、完善情感教育、结合幼儿自身发展特点和水平等方面来对幼儿进行有效的分享教育，提高幼儿移情能力、人际交往能力，从本质上促进幼儿个性的发展。 50182

The value of sharing education on children's personality development
Abstract Early childhood is an important period for the formation and development of human personality, which is of great significance to the development of children's personality. Kindergarten is the main place for children's daily life. In this paper, based on the share the impact of education on personality development of children in kindergarten, using the questionnaire survey method, interview method, observation method to kindergarten to share educational status inquiry, found in the kindergarten share education still exist many problems, lead to many children can not form mature to share ideas, difficult to achieve active share, false sharing behavior, can not very well produce pleasant emotional experience, to take the initiative to sacrifice self interests. To solve these problems, from permeable share education idea, rich form of sharing education, change education attitudes and methods, improve the emotional education, combined with the children's own characteristics and the level of effective sharing education for young children to and improve children's empathy, interpersonal skills, essentially promote the development of children's personality.
