摘要随着新课程标准的颁布与实施，班主任正逐步成为小学班级管理中的核心角色。班级管理是开展教学的前提，一个班级的管理做不好，任课教师们的教学工作就很难良好的展开，学生的学习质量也会受到影响。笔者通过在内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市某小学实习，以该校为例，根据当地学生的自身情况，主要对小学班主任班级管理工作中的两方面展开论述，通过采用文献研究、案例分析等方法对小学班主任班级管理中存在的问题进行分析，探讨笔者观察到的当前我国小学班主任在班级管理中出现的问题，结合新课改背景下对班主任素养及能力的要求，尝试探寻目前小学班主任班级管理的改善策略。 42652

Primary School Teacher in Class Management Research
Abstract
With the reform of education system, the head teacher has become a primary school class management of the core. Classroom management and teaching, the premise of a class's and grade's management can't do it well, it is difficult for teachers' teaching work good, with the decrease of students' learning quality also. The author through a primary school in Inner Mongolia Hohhot internship, in the school, for example, according to their own situation of local students, primary school teachers work is mainly two aspects are studied, through the method of literature research, case analysis and so on were investigated about the present situation of primary school teacher in class management, combing present problems existing in the primary school teacher in class management, combined with the background of new curriculum reform of teachers' ability request, try to improve primary school teacher in charge of class management strategy is put forward.

一 小学班主任班级管理内容
班级是学校教育的重要组成部分，也是学生在校学习、成长的主要环境。班级管理的实施情况直接影响到任课教师的教学质量和学生的行为规范。目前，随着新课程标准的改革与实施，对小学班主任的班级管理工作提出了新的要求。因此，改善和提高班主任班级管理质量势在必行。本文以内蒙古呼和浩特市某小学为例，论述小学班级管理面临的诸多问题。
小学班级管理涉及的方面众多，涉及到小学生在校生活的各方各面。本文主要对班级教学管理和班级德育管理这两方面进行论述。
（一）小学班级教学管理
