摘要：攻击性行为是幼儿常见的行为，它不仅影响幼儿健康人格和品格的形成，而且不利于幼儿社会性的发展。对幼儿攻击性行为的研究不仅有助于控制、纠正、减少幼儿攻击性行为的发生，还有利于幼儿亲社会行为的培养。文章通过对幼儿家庭教育背景、教师管理能力、社会媒体的影响、幼儿情绪波动的研究，发现上述因素对幼儿攻击性行为有影响,提出重视家庭教育、提高教师管理能力、关注社会媒体、关注幼儿情绪状态等策略，为纠正大班幼儿攻击性行为提出合理的、有效的建议，从而促进幼儿的身心健康成长与发展。36145

Abstract: The aggressive behavior, frequently happening to young children, not only affects the formation of children's healthy personality and character, but also threatens the development of their sociality. The research of children’s aggressive behavior may help to control, reduce and rectify it, and is also good for the cultivation of children's prosocial behavior. After a careful investigation of family education background, the capacity of management of kindergarten teachers, social media, children's personality characteristics and other aspects, we founds that they may have great influence on the development of children’s aggressive behavior. By analyzing potential causes, the study highlighted the importance of strengthening family education, improving the capacity of management of kindergarten teachers, paying close attention to social media , all of which may be the effective strategies for getting rid of children's aggre- ssive behavior to and help to pave the way for their healthy growth and development.

大班幼儿攻击性行为对策研究
