小班角色游戏中存在的问题及对策研

摘要：游戏是幼儿园的基本教育活动，是幼儿最主要的学习方式。而角色游戏是小班幼儿最喜欢的游戏方式，也是小班最具代表性的游戏之一。笔者以见习和实习中观察到的小班角色游戏现象为切入点，分析小班幼儿角色游戏中出现的问题，从环境创设，教师指导和幼儿等方面提出指导对策，帮助教师理解小班幼儿的身心发展规律，指导幼儿自主开展角色游戏，使小班幼儿在角色游戏中获得更全面的发展。93057

Abstract: Game is the basic educational activity in kindergarten, and is the most important way for children to learn。 Role-playing game may be junior kindergarten children's favorite game, which is also one of the most representative games among junior kindergarten。 This article, which is based on phenomenon that happened during the author’s practices and internships, focuses on analysis of problems junior kindergarten children have faced in role-playing games, and puts forward the guiding countermeasures from the aspects of environment construction, teacher’s guide and the children。 It can also help teachers get a better understanding for physical and mental development of junior kindergarten children, and guide the children to play better with autonomy, so that junior kindergarten children will get a more comprehensive development in role-playing games。

角色游戏是幼儿借助各种材料，通过扮演角色，以模仿和想象创造性地再现现实生活的游戏。小班幼儿刚刚入园，他们迫切需要得到认同，以求在全新的环境中得到安全感。角色游戏恰好可以让幼儿在扮演角色的过程中得到同伴的认同，在对游戏材料的反复操作中获得满足感。因此角色游戏是小班幼儿最喜欢也是最具代表性的游戏形式。但是，在小班角色游戏中，经常会出现各种各样的问题，而教师却往往不能有效解决这些问题。本研究以小班幼儿身心发展特点为切入点，分析小班角色游戏中存在的问题，探究这些问题的指导策略。

1 小班角色游戏简述

小班是幼儿角色游戏发展的最初时期。皮亚杰的认知发展理论[1]把儿童的认知系统分成了四个阶段，小班幼儿处于前运算阶段前期，他们的思维特点是：自我中心；思维不可逆性；直觉性和中心化。此时儿童的心理是自我中心的，角色游戏可以帮助幼儿理解他人的感受，从他人的角度去思考问题。幼儿的游戏根据象征性游戏的水平[2]可以大致分为假装游戏和角色游戏。2岁以后，儿童会采用各种替代物进行假装游戏[3]，3岁以后逐渐出现角色扮演[4]活动。小班角色游戏中存在的问题及对策研:http://www.youerw.com/jiaoxue/lunwen_200848.html
