摘要：良好的班级制度有利于班级管理、班级内部成员个体的发展和行为习惯的养成，故班级制度的生成是很有必要的。班级制度的生成一方面能规范学生的行为，切实推进班级管理走向民主化和科学化；另一方面能有效防止班主任工作的随意性和主观性，促使班级建设走向一个新的台阶。当前班级制度的生成呈现不同的特点，存在诸多的问题：例如民主性、科学性的缺失等等。本文在制度设计论的指导下，从政府、学校、班主任、学生各个方面论述小学阶段如何生成良好的班级制度，在分析现实问题的基础提出相应策略。 92498

Abstract：Good class system is conducive to the development of class management and help class members' develop good habits, so the generation of class system is necessary。 One the hand, it can regulate the behavior of students, promoting the democratization and scientific of class management practically, on the other hand, it can prevent subjectivity and arbitrariness of the class adviser's work, making the class construction more better。 The current generation of class system has different characteristics and lots of problems, such as the lack of democracy and scientificity is a serious issue。 Under the guidance of the theory of Institutions design, this paper expatiated how to generate a good class system in primary school from government,schools,teachers,students,and puts forward the corresponding strategies based on the analysis of practical problems。
