大学生社团的现状分析及发展对策

摘要：大学生社团是大学校园文化的重要组成部分。本文采用问卷调查和访谈调查的研究方法，以淮阴师范学院为样本，对大学生社团的现状基于学校学生，社团负责人以及学校管理人员三方面进行了分析，并针对出现的社团经费不足、缺乏具体管理条例、凝聚力低以及社团不公平现象等有关问题提出了完善社团内部建设、加强社团联合、提升学校重视程度等相应的解决策略。笔者希望通过研究能较为全面了解大学生社团的现状，并为促进大学生社团的健康发展贡献出一份自己的力量，使在校大学生能够不断提高自身综合素质与能力，更加充实快乐地度过四年大学时光。91638
