摘 要：20世纪以来，新媒体广泛应用于社会生产方式、生活方式，随着互联网、手机和移动宽带等社会渗透的加速，新媒体环境业已形成。面对环境的变化，传统大学生思想政治教育必须做出变革以适应时代的发展，本文在对新媒体环境的特点进行分析总结的基础上，以思想政治教育系统的四个主要因素——教育主体、教育客体、教育介体、教育环体为切入点，针对当前大学生思想政治教育中存在的教育主体“去中心化”，教育客体“紊乱化”，教育介体“多样化”，教育环体“复杂化”等问题，探索出教育主体、教育客体、教育介体、教育环体优化的方式、方法，促使思想政治教育效果、效益、效率三者有机结合，提高大学生思想政治教育的有效性。90629

随着新媒体技术的社会渗透加速，新媒体环境日臻完善，我们必须面对这样一个事实——传统大学生思想政治教育方式必须做出变革以适应时代的发展。正如总在全国宣传思想工作会议上指出：“‘明者因时而变，知者随事而制’，宣传思想工作创新，重点要抓好理念创新、手段创新、基层工作创新，积极探索有利于破解工作难题的新举措、新方法。”[2] 为了更好地为社会主义现代化建设服务，使大学生思想政治教育内容不断更新、理念保持先进、方式更加多样、效果更加明显，有必要探索新媒体环境下提高大学生思想政治教育有效性的具体措施。
一、新媒体及新媒体环境
（一）新媒体的内涵
