摘要: 本文是对甲醇-水分离过程浮阀精馏塔的设计分析,由于浮阀精馏塔较其他类型塔设备更优秀的分离效果,目前被广泛应用于混合物系的分离。本文设计的是年生产量在2。4万吨/年的浮阀精馏塔设备。分离甲醇质量分数约为38%的丙酮-水汽液共存混合体系,在常压下操作,要求分离结束后,塔釜中的甲醇含量不高于3%,塔顶甲醇含量不少于97%。设计出的精馏塔精馏段塔径为0。8米,提馏段为0。75米,塔板数为38层,进料塔板为第29层,塔间距为0。45的浮阀精馏塔。83596

Methanol-water Mixture at Atmospheric Pressure Continuous Distillation Tower Design(24000 tons/year  stock) 

Abstract: This article is float valve distillation of methanol and water separation process design analysis, because the float valve column more good separation effect than other types of tower equipment, has been widely applied in the separation of the mixture system。 In this paper, the annual production of design in 24000 tons/year of float valve distillation equipment。 The separation of methanol mass fraction of about 38% methanol - water vapor liquid coexistence mixed system, operating under normal pressure, request after the separation, column reactor in methanol content is not higher than 3%, the tower methanol content of not less than 97%。
