摘要本文主要介绍了世界上对于生物质的研究和应用,以及本实验所选用的花生壳的研究,然后对本次论文所做的实验进行了介绍。首先是对花生壳的工业分析,检测了水分、灰分、挥发分和固定碳。其次是对花生壳进行热解实验,分别研究在四种不同的升温速率下,纯花生壳热解和添加了催化剂的花生壳热解过程的不同,可知随着升温速率的降低,析出水分和析出挥发分的最终温度与峰值失重速率都降低了,而且峰值失重速率对应的温度都有所降低。而且添加催化剂在第三热解阶段具有非常明显的催化促进作用,使最终的失重率大大增高。最后利用双外推法对热解过程进行了研究,可知,添加催化剂并不会改变反应的机理,机理函数均为G(α)=-ln(1-α),但是会降低活化能。83095

外文摘要 Title  Study On Pyrolysis Reaction Characteristics Of Biomass  Materials                                                               

Abstract This paper mainly introduced the research and application of biomass in the world, as well as the selection of peanut shell for experiments, then an introduction to the experiment was made。 The first part of this paper was the industrial analysis of peanut shell, including the moisture content, ash content, volatile matter and fixed carbon。 The following part was  pyrolysis experiments carried out for peanut shell,  which were studied in four different heating rates。 The differences between pure peanut shell pyrolysis and adding the catalyst to peanut shell pyrolysis process were also compared。 It can be seen that with the decrease of heating rate, precipitation water and volatiles of final temperature and peak weight loss rate decrease, and the peak value of weight loss rate and the corresponding temperature also decrease。 The addition of catalyst in the third stage of the pyrolysis has a very obvious catalytic effect, so that the final weight loss ratio is greatly increased。 Finally, the double extrapolation method was used to study the pyrolysis process。 The result shows that the addition of catalyst has not changed the reaction mechanism and the mechanism function has remained G(α)=-ln(1-α), but it has reduced the activation energy of the pyrolysis process。
