A/O法CODcr制药废水生物处理工艺研究

针对CODcr 2000-10000mg/L、NH3-N 100-200mg/L范围内的化学合成制药废水,采用水解酸化-生物接触氧化处理方法,研究制药废水中有机物和污染物的变化规律与去除效果

摘要:本文针对CODcr 2000-10000mg/L、NH3-N 100-200mg/L范围内的化学合成制药废水,采用水解酸化-生物接触氧化处理方法,研究制药废水中有机物和污染物的变化规律与去除效果,测定CODcr、NH3-N、DO、温度、色度、pH等指标对水解酸化和好氧阶段处理效果的影响,其中重点研究好氧生物处理的影响因素和变化规律。优化工艺参数,确定了系统最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明:温度温度维持恒定在28℃,pH值在6。2~6。8,DO为0。23mg/L左右,采用10h水力停留时间,厌氧段色度去除率为65%;进行水解酸化后,好氧段温度控制在25-28℃,pH值在7。4-7。8,DO在4。6mg/L-5。0mg/L时,采用4h水力停留时间,好氧段色度去除率为31。8%。此时优化条件下去除效果最好,氨氮去除率达到54。8%,CODcr去除率达到61%,色度总去除率为76。5%。82416

Study On Biological Treatment in Pharmaceutical wastewater

Abstract:In this paper, the chemical and pharmaceutical wastewater in the range of CODcr 2000-10000 mg/L and NH3-N 100-200 mg/L was studied using hydrolytic acidification-biological contact oxidation method in order to study the changes of organic matter and pollutants in pharmaceutical wastewater, along with testing the impact of CODcr, NH3-N, DO, temperature, chroma, pH and other indicators on the hydrolytic acidification and aerobic stage treatment effect, which focuses on studying the factors and changes of aerobic biological treatment。 Optimize the process parameters, and determine the optimum process conditions。 The results showed that the temperature was constant at 28℃, the pH value was 6。2 ~ 6。8, the DO was about 0。23 mg/L, the hydraulic retention time was 10h, and the chroma removal rate of the anaerobic section was 65%; The oxygen retention temperature was controlled at 25-28 ℃, pH value was 7。4-7。8, DO was 4。6 mg/L-5。0 mg/L, the hydraulic retention time was 4h, and the removal rate of aerobic colour was 31。8% after hydrolysis and acidification。 The removal effect was the best under optimal condition which the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was 54。8%, CODcr removal rate reached 61%, and the total removal rate of chroma was 76。5%。
