Ce-Ni-B/GO化学复合沉积层微观结构及电化学腐蚀性能研究

摘要:本实验采用复合沉积液,基于超声波与化学镀技术,在Ni-B镀层表面制备多功能纳米复合沉积层。通过超声辅助化学镀的方法在Q235低碳钢表面制得了Ce-Ni-B/GO复合镀层,稀土金属铈和氧化石墨烯(GO)通过超声络合均匀分散于镀层中,并对其在氮气气氛下进行200℃, 400℃, 600℃的热处理。主要研究在常温及不同热处理温度条件下(200℃,400℃,600℃)化学镀Ce-Ni-B/GO合金镀层的电化学性质、化学组成和组织结构。由测试结果分析热处理600℃的Ce-Ni-B/GO复合镀层的耐蚀性最好,镀层表面光滑,相比其他条件下,孔洞最少,且显微硬度是普通基体Ni-B的7倍,是常温下Ce-Ni-B/GO基体的1。4倍。所以在600℃的Ce-Ni-B/GO复合镀层优于不同条件下的合金镀层。通过Tafel电化学测试性能测试结果表明600℃改善了Ce-Ni-B/GO合金的腐蚀电位和极化度。600℃截面的平整度以及硬度均优于其他温度下的状态。得出结论,制备的Ce-Ni-B/GO复合沉积层能有效提高Ni-B镀层的耐腐蚀性能,表面硬度、耐磨等性能。80862

Study on Microstructure and Electrochemical Corrosion of Ce-Ni-B / GO Chemical Composite Deposition

Abstract: In this experiment, multifunctional nanocomposite layer was prepared on the surface of Ni-B coating by using composite deposition solution and ultrasonic and electroless plating。 The Ce-Ni-B / GO composite coating was fabricated on the surface of Q235 mild steel by ultrasonic assisted electroless plating。 The rare earth metal cerium and graphene oxide (GO) were uniformly dispersed in the coating by ultrasonic blending, And heat treatment at 200 ° C, 400 ° C and 600 ° C in an atmosphere。 The electrochemical properties, chemical composition and microstructure of the Ce-Ni-B / GO alloy plating were studied at room temperature and at different temperatures (200 ℃, 400 ℃, 600 ℃)。 The corrosion resistance of Ce-Ni-B / GO composite coating with 600 ℃ heat treatment was the best, and the surface of the coating was smooth。 Compared with other conditions, the hole was the least and the microhardness was 7 times of that of ordinary matrix Ni-B , Which is 1。4 times the Ce-Ni-B / GO matrix at room temperature。 So Ce-Ni-B / GO composite coating at 600 ℃ is better than the alloy coating under different conditions。 The results of Tafel electrochemical test showed that the corrosion potential and the degree of polarization of Ce-Ni-B / GO alloy were improved at 600 ℃。 600 ℃ section of the flatness and hardness are better than the state of other temperatures。 It is concluded that the prepared Ce-Ni-B / GO composite layer can effectively improve the corrosion resistance, surface hardness and wear resistance of Ni-B coating。
