摘要:在现代生活中,化工行业进步飞快,C6H10O这种典型的化工原料也变得越来越重要,它的一个重要作用是可以用于制造我们生活中和工业中的必需品——锦纶、CPL和C6H10O的,它是制造这些物质的重要中间物质。同时C6H10O作为一种工业溶剂作用也非常之大,他可以在生产漆的过程中使用,在生产漆中它的作用不可替代。在我们现在社会中,C6H10O的工业应用十分宽泛,同时他也紧紧的关联着国民经济的命脉。78822

本次化工工艺设计中,我们所选定的反应物环己醇在特定物质的催化作用下通过脱氢制备我们的目标商品,同时也形成少量其他一些副产物杂质。环己醇作为本次化工设计的原料,在负载型催化剂为Cu-Mg催化剂的催化作用下通过一些步骤制得主要产物C6H10O,同时生成H2。在化工生产上最先使用的制备方法是通过把环己烷催化氧化的方法,其中大部分在特定温度和压力的情况下在钴盐的催化作用下来反应制备C6H10O,但是这种工艺在现在看来相对来说比较落后,而且这个工艺对设备的腐蚀非常严重,因此导致该生产工艺生产成本升高。而苯酚加氢法比起环己烷催化氧化工艺更加容易在生产中推广开,因为它的温度压力不大、原料不多、反应活度和选择性也更佳、设备不复杂等。因此许多化工企业二十一世纪以来竞相开发制取C6H10O。本次毕业化工设计是用环己醇通过脱氢反应形成目标商品C6H10O并且在本设计中进行了以下衡算:物料的恒算,热量的恒算,工艺中所需设备的选型及所选设备的相关计算。

这次化学设计是制备C6H10O的设计,以这七个学期来我的各种老师教给我的专业知识储备为背景,设计了一个比较可行的的C6H10O工业生产设计,和其他设计相关选择等。本次化工设计得主要作用是想真正的提高优化C6H10O的生产,在可行性合理性的基础上进行工艺流程设计、物料恒算、热量衡算、设备选型;提高计算机应用的能力。

本设计的计算标准:制备3万吨C6H10O/year;考虑到实际情况年工作日定为300天,42天进行机器的检修,18天机动。

Process Design of Cyclohexanol to Cyclohexanone by Dehydrogenate of 30,000 Tons / Year

Abstract: In the modern life, the chemical industry has made rapid progress。 C6H10O, a typical chemical raw material, is becoming more and more important。 It is an important intermediate substance for the manufacture of these substances。 In our society, C6H10O's industrial applications are very broad, and at the same time, he is closely related to the lifeblood of the national economy。

Our selected reactant, cyclohexanol, catalyzes the preparation of our target product by dehydrogenation under the catalysis of a specific substance and also forms a small amount of other by-products。 Cyclohexanol was used as the raw material for the chemical engineering design。 Under the catalysis of supported catalyst Cu-Mg, the main product C6H10O was obtained by some steps and H2 was produced simultaneously。 In chemical production, the first preparation method is through the catalytic oxidation of cyclohexane。 Therefore, many chemical enterprises have been competing to develop C6H10O since twenty-first Century。 This graduation design is to use chemical cyclohexanol dehydrogenation of C6H10O through the formation of target products and in the design of the balance: material balance, heat balance calculation, equipment selection and process required for the selected device。
