摘要碳纳米管是一种新型的一维纳米材料,有着极大的长径比和十分特殊的电子结构,导电性能好。叠氮化铜是高能环保起爆药,但由于静电感度太高导致实际应用有限。将叠氮化铜填充进碳纳米管内可以有效降低其静电感度,并且不会削弱叠氮化铜自身的含能特性。78566

针对制备填充叠氮化铜碳纳米管复合含能材料的需求,本文主要开展填充铜的碳纳米管复合材料的制备与表征研究。首先利用AAO模板并用化学气相沉积法制备碳纳米管,然后通过电化学沉积法在碳纳米管中空管腔内填充铜纳米粒子,最后利用SEM、TEM、及XRD等表征方法对填充铜的碳纳米管复合材料的微观结构及物质成分进行表征分析。表征结果表明:碳纳米管两端开口,管径均匀;通过电化学沉积法制备得到了填充铜的碳纳米管复合材料。

Title      Preparation and characterization of carbon nanotubes filled with copper

Abstract Carbon nanotubes are a new type of one-dimensional nanomaterial, which has a great aspect ratio, special electronic structure and good electrical conductivity。

Copper (II) azide is a primary explosive with high-energy and environmental protection, but the highly electric sensitivities limited its practical applications。 Filling Copper (II) azide into carbon nanotubes can reduce the electrostatic sensitivity effectively, and does not weaken its energetic properties。 For the demands of preparation of carbon nanotube energetic materials filled with Copper (II) azide, this paper conducted the preparation and characterization of carbon nanotubes filled with copper。 Firstly, AAO template was used to prepare carbon nanotubes by chemical vapor deposition, then copper nanoparticles was filled into the carbon nanotubes' cavity by electrochemical。 Finally, SEM, TEM and XRD were used to characterize the microstructure and material composition of the copper-filled carbon nanotube composites。 The characterization results show that both ends of the carbon nanotubes are open and the inner diameter is uniform, and that copper-filled carbon nanotubes composite material can be prepare by electrochemical deposition。
