聚甘油酯类乳化剂形成液晶的规律性研究

摘要:新近提出的液晶结构由于其特殊的构造,如:层状液晶构造、六角相液晶构造以及立方相液晶构造,具有多种优良性能。目前关于液晶结构在化妆品乳状液中的应用的研究较多,涉及到乳状液的制备方法、工艺参数等。然而,对于具体类型乳化剂形成液晶的规律性研究还比较少。本课题以聚甘油-6-二硬脂酸酯乳化剂(WL1009)和聚甘油-3-双异硬脂酸酯(CG)为原料,研究了影响其液晶现象的因素。研究内容包括:用响应面法研究聚甘油酯类乳化剂形成液晶结构的相行为规律;研究不同配方组成形成液晶结构的规律并优化配方体系。研究结果表明:WL1009-水体系二元相图具有四个特征液晶区,CG-水体系二元相图具有两个特征液晶区;WL1009体系的最优配方组成是:WL1009 5%,16醇 4%,白油5%,水 To 100,防腐剂 0。2%;CG体系的最优配方组成是:CG 3%,22醇 4%, Oil 318 5%,水 To 100,防腐剂 0。2%。77916

Study on regularity of liquid crystal formed by polyglycerol ester emulsifier

Abstract: Recently proposed liquid crystal structure has a variety of excellent performance, owning to its special structure, such as: layered liquid crystal (LC) structure, hexagonal LC structure and cubic phase LC structure。 At present, the research on the application of liquid crystal structure in cosmetic emulsion is more concerned with the preparation method and process parameters of the emulsion。 However, there are few studies on the regularity of liquid crystals formed by specific types of emulsifiers。 In this paper, the factors influencing the liquid crystal were studied by using polyglycerol-6-distearate emulsifier (WL1009) and polyglycerol-3-diisostearate (CG) as raw materials。 The research contents include: studying the phase behavior of liquid crystal structure with polyglycerol ester emulsifier by the corresponding surface method; studying the law of forming liquid crystal structure with different formula composition; optimizing the formulation system。 The results show that the binary phase diagram of WL1009-water system has four characteristic liquid crystal regions, and the binary phase diagram of CG-water system has two characteristic liquid crystal regions。 The optimal formulation of WL1009 system is: WL1009 5%, 16 alcohol 4%, White oil 5%, Water To 100, Preservative 0。2%; CG system, the optimal formula is: CG 3%, 22 alcohol 4%, Oil 318 5%, water To 100, preservative 0。2%。
