摘要:本课题是年产 6000 吨农用薄膜的车间工艺设计。本设计所使用的基体树脂为乙烯/乙酸乙烯(EVA)树脂和线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)树脂,使用的助剂有抗氧剂、光稳定剂 以及防粘连剂。采用的工艺流程是双螺杆挤出造粒、水冷拉条切粒、平挤上吹法的三层共 挤吹塑薄膜。双螺杆挤出机比单螺杆挤出机混合效果好比双阶式挤出机成本低且清理简 便。水冷拉条切粒适用范围广、成本低。平挤上吹法得到的农膜质量较平挤平吹法、平挤 下吹法都要好,而且其工艺成熟,应用较广。多层共挤技术虽然已有十几层共挤,但是三 层共挤技术最为成熟,也已经在工业上得到了广泛使用,也有很多厂家生产三层共挤吹塑 薄膜的机组。设计内容主要包括工艺设计、配方设计、物料衡算、设备选择、能量衡算等。 设计所得成果主要有设计说明书和车间布置图。76299

The Workshop Process Design of 6000 Tons Per Year of Agricultural Film

Abstract: This topic is the workshop process design of 6000 tons per year of agricultural film。 Resins used in this design are ethylene/vinyl acetate (EVA) resins and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) resins。 Additives are antioxidant and light stabilizer as well as anti- blocking agent。 The process flow uses twin screw extruder granulation, water-cooled brace diced, three-layer co-extrusion blown film with the flat extrusion up blowing method。 The mixing effect of the twin screw extruder is better than single screw extruder and the cost is lower than Double layer extruder, and easier to clean up。 The application of water-cooled brace diced is wide range and the cost is low。 The quality of flat extrusion up blowing is better than flat extrusion flat blowing and flat extrusion down blowing, and it is a mature technology and has been widely used。 Although there are more than 10 layers of multi-layer co-extrusion technology, but the most mature technology is three-layer co-extrusion technology。 It has also been widely used in industry, and there are many manufacturers produce three-layer co-extrusion film blowing unit。 This design includes process design, formulation design, material balance, equipment selection, energy balance, etc。 The results of this design include the design specifications and the layout plan of workshop。
