超声辅助均匀设计法应用于女贞子果肉活性成分提取工艺及其分离

摘 要:本文研究了从苏北地产女贞子中提取齐墩果酸和熊果酸的适宜于工业生产的方法。以女贞子果肉为原料, 采用超声辅助乙醇混合溶剂作为提取方法, 通过均匀设计法探讨了乙醇浓度、料液比、超声功率、浸提温度、超声提取时间、pH值等因素对提取率的影响;采用计算机软件Excel对因素及结果进行回归分析。通过超声辅助乙醇混合溶剂和均匀设计法,得到了因素和提取率的数学模型为: 76071

进而优选出了适宜的工艺条件为乙醇浓度 66%,料液体积比 1:15,超声功率390w,浸提温度53。9℃,提取时间 30 min,pH值为6,用此条件验证,提取率为38。89%,与理论预测值40。24%基本一致。超声波辅助均匀设计法提取女贞子活性成分是行之有效的方法。

Abstract: In this paper, a method for the suitable industrial extracted oleanolic acid (OA) and ursolic acid(UA) from fruit of Ligustri Lucidum were researched。 The sarcocarps, which were gained from the fruit of Ligustri Lucidum to utilize boiling, pestling, stirring from whole fruits, were used as extraction materials。 The extraction of OA and UA were carried out using combination methods both an ultrasound-assisted mixed solvent extraction process and uniform design method。 The effect factors on yield of OA and UA, such as ethanol concentration, ratio of material to liquid, extraction temperature, ultrasonic irradiation time, power and pH, were tested。 A mathematical model of the effect factors and the extraction rate is regressed by using Excel software :

The optimal extraction conditions are solved through equation, that are 66% ethanol concentration, 1:15(g/mL)ratio of material to liquid, 390W ultrasonic power, the extraction temperature of 53。9℃, ultrasonic irradiation time 30 min, pH 6, and the real extraction yield of total active ingredients is 38。89% and the predicted value 40。24% under these conditions。 Ultrasonic assisted uniform design method to extract Ligustri Lucidum active ingredients is an effective method。
