氨基硅烷(KH-912)改性凹土/聚偏氟乙烯混合基质超滤膜的分离性能

摘 要:本文采用共混改性的方法,将氨基硅烷(KH-912)改性凹土添加到铸膜液中,考察改性凹土添加量对聚偏氟乙烯超滤膜的机械强度、纯水通量、BSA的截留率等参数的影响。实验结果表明:当改性凹土添加量为1 wt。%时,改性膜的机械强度最强,热稳定性最好;改性剂的含量不同,所得改性膜的纯水通量、修正污染指数和对蛋白的截留率也不同,当改性凹土添加量为7 wt。%时,改性膜对BSA的截留率最大,分离效果最好;改性凹土的含量越大,改性膜的修正污染指数越小;室温下,当改性凹土添加量为4 wt。%时,改性膜的静态吸附量最小,对蛋白的吸附能力最弱。综合考虑,当改性凹土添加量为7 wt。%时,改性膜的性能较优。75917

Abstract: In this paper, we added the amino silane (KH-912) modified attapulgite to the casting membrane solution with the method of blending modification。 Influences of different content of modified attapulgite on polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) ultrafiltration membranes were investigated。 The effect on PVDF ultrafiltration membranes of various parameters included mechanical strength, pure water flux, the retention rate of BSA and so on。 The results showed that when the content of modifier was 1 wt。%, the mechanical strength and the heat stability of modified membrane were the best。 The content of modifier was different for different pure water flux, the modified fouling index and the retention rate of BSA。 When the content of modifier was 7 wt。%, the retention rate of modified membrane to BSA was the largest and the separation property of modified membrane was the best。 The more content of modified attapulgite was, the smaller modified fouling index of modified membrane。 At room temperature, when the content of modifier was 4 wt。%, the static adsorption capacity of modified membrane was the least and the adsorption ability of protein was the weakest。 Generally speaking, the performances of modified membrane were better when the content of modifier was 7 wt。%。
