三种反应性梳形聚合物对PVDF/PBT体系增容效果研究

摘要本文运用由“Grafting through”法合成的三种环氧基团位置不同的反应性梳形聚合物(主链含环氧基团的梳形聚合物(Comb a)、侧链含环氧基团的梳形聚合物(Comb b)以及主侧链均含环氧基团的梳形聚合物(Comb c)作为反应性增容剂,增容不相容的聚偏氟乙烯/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PVDF/PBT)共混体系,研究环氧基团位置与增容作用之间的关系,还有在Comb b增容PVDF/PBT(70/30)体系中,我们也进一步探究了共混反应条件,如转速、混炼时间、增容剂添加量等对共混物结构的影响。本实验涉及的表征方法主要包括力学性能测试、SEM测试、TEM测试、DSC测试、DMA测试等。实验得到如下研究结果:72387

(1)三种梳形聚合物对PVDF/PBT共混体系均具有一定的增容效果,但环氧基团在侧链上的梳形聚合物Comb b对PVDF/PBT体系的增容效果最好,增容后材料的力学性能显著提高。

(2)在Comb b增容PVDF/PBT(70/30)体系中,实验结果表明提高转速,微区尺寸变小;延长混炼时间,微区尺寸先变小后变大;随着Comb b添加量的增加,共混物的微区尺寸逐渐变小。

Abstract This paper uses the "Grafting" through” synthesis of three different epoxide group position the reactivity of Comb polymer (main chain containing epoxy groups of Comb polymer (Comb a), side chain containing epoxy groups of Comb polymer (Comb b) as well as the main side chain containing epoxy groups of Comb polymer (Comb) c as reactive compatibilizers, compatibilizing incompatible polyvinylidene fluoride/poly (butyl glycol terephthalate (PVDF/PBT) blend system, the research of the relationship between position and compatibilizers epoxide group, and the capacity of PVDF Comb b/PBT (70/30) in the system, we also further explore the blending reaction conditions, such as speed, mixing time and compatibilizers addition amount on the structure of the blend。 This experiment involves characterization methods mainly include mechanical properties test, SEM, TEM testing, DSC, DMA testing, etc。 The experiment  get  the  following  results:

(1) three kinds of Comb polymer on PVDF/PBT blend system has a certain capacity of effect, but the epoxy group in the side chain of Comb polymer Comb b best the compatibilizing effect of PVDF/PBT system, expansion after the material mechanics performance improved significantly。

(2) in the capacity of PVDF/PBT(70/30) blend system of Comb b, the experimental results show that improve the speed, the micro area smaller size; Extended mixing time, the area size smaller before they become larger; With the Comb b increase of adding amount of blend zone size became smaller。
