摘要:本论文通过在三种不同硫化体系即常规(CV),半有效(SEV)和有效(EV)硫化体系下,研究了天然橡胶(NR)/苯乙烯 - 丁二烯橡胶(SBR)共混胶的动力学。了解了白炭黑和温度对共混胶拉伸性能、硫化特性、硫化动力学以及返原性能的影响。得出了白炭黑具有提高共混胶拉伸性能,降低焦烧时间和活化能以及提高硫化速率,而随着温度的升高共混胶的拉伸性能下降,焦烧时间和活化能降低,硫化速率提高的结论。温度白炭黑不仅是橡胶的重要补强填料,而且对NR/SBR的硫化反应具有较大的影响。71335

NR blend rubber vulcanization dynamics research

Abstract: In this paper, The dynamics of natural rubber (NR) / styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) blends were studied by using three different vulcanization systems, namely conventional (CV), semi-effective (SEV) and effective (EV) vulcanization systems. The effects of silica and temperature on the tensile properties, vulcanization characteristics, vulcanization kinetics and reversion properties of the blends were investigated. It is concluded that silica has the advantages of improving the tensile properties of the blends, reducing the scorch time and the activation energy and increasing the vulcanization rate. With the increase of the temperature, the tensile properties of the blends decrease, the scorch time and the activation energy decrease , The rate of vulcanization increased. Temperature silica is not only an important reinforcing filler for rubber, but also has a great influence on the vulcanization reaction of NR / SBR.
