高能纵火剂设计及纵火性能研究

摘要为了提高纵火剂的纵火效果,设计研究高能纵火剂配方及其纵火性能。依据药剂成分选择原则和配方氧平衡计算方法,设计了以Mg-PTFE为主要组分的高能纵火剂配方,借助FLIR SC7000红外热像仪、红外测温仪、数码相机等仪器设备,测试研究每个配方的最高温度、平均温度、燃烧时间、火焰大小、残渣质量等参数,表征其纵火性能,通过实验数据分析得出不同组分不同比例对各个参数的影响,依据实验数据进行配方优化,得到最优配方,并对纵火效果进行了试验。64342

Title  Propellant surface deterring processing technology

Abstract To deter the propellant surface treatment is to improve the combustion performance, access to important technical progressive combustion method. Currently, the traditional deterred technique applies only to single-base propellant plasticizer-free and plasticizer content is low (<15%) of the double-base propellant, for high energy propellant plasticizer content, difficult to solve deterred agents penetrate to the propellant surface to form a concentration gradient and the long-term storage during the conflict between the anti-migration.

  This paper is to discuss the new design and desensitized TPTM with azide reaction of nitramine propellant activity deterred process by liquid phase granular seven holes on the drug for DA deterred, in propellant surface to form a concentration gradient, discussion of different process conditions Effect on the deterred. Closed bomb test results show that desensitized with traditional polyester propellant energy after the PPA reduction deterred more desensitized TPTM new deterred propellant after the energy is essentially the same. Heat accelerated aging test results show that, TPTM anti-migration performance is poor, not suitable for DA desensitized propellant; to TPTM desensitized propellant for the before and after the combustion is essentially the same aging, anti-migration performance is good. Comprehensive comparison of TPTM desensitized propellant for the deterred effect of temperature is 60 ℃, deterred, deterred agent in volume of 3% 1h propellant deterred better overall performance.
