摘要虽然多孔阳极氧化铝(PAA)膜作为模板已广泛应用于各种纳米结构的合成,但大面积完整的高分子-氧化铝膜的制备仍面临着诸多挑战。本文在大面积有序PAA膜制备的基础上,结合高分子涂敷工艺,成功地制备高分子-氧化铝复合膜。64136

首先,在草酸水溶液、磷酸乙二醇/水溶液和磷酸乙二醇溶液中进行二次恒流温和阳极氧化,研究在不同电解液中氧化时电压与时间的关系。结果表明,在不同电解液中进行的阳极氧化反应时的U-T曲线的斜率与峰值都有差别。然后,在制得的PAA膜表面涂覆一层高分子溶液制成高分子-氧化铝复合膜,利用逆电剥离法对在三种溶液中二次恒流温和阳极氧化形成的PAA膜进行剥离,研究电解液种类对PAA膜形貌的影响。结果表明,通过该法能得到纳米孔洞阵列有序排列的PAA膜,尤其是在草酸水溶液中孔洞排列相对更规整。

Title  Preparation and Characterization of Macromolecule-alumina composite membrane

Abstract Although the porous anodic alumina (PAA) films have been widely used as a template for the synthesis of nanostructures, but a large area of the complete polymer - Alumina Membrane is still facing many challenges. In this paper, a large area ordered PAA membrane preparation, based on the combination of the polymer coating process, successfully prepared polymer - alumina composite membrane.

   First, an aqueous solution of oxalic acid, phosphoric acid, ethylene glycol / ethylene glycol solution of phosphoric acid aqueous solution and a second constant gentle oxidation, the oxidation of the electrolyte at different voltage-time relationship. The results showed that the different electrolytes for anodic oxidation reaction in the UT has a slope of the curve and the peak difference. Then, the obtained coated film surface PAA polymer solution made of polymer - alumina composite film, by the inverse of the three electric stripping method to the second constant mild solution formed anodization film is peeled PAA research on the type of electrolyte membrane morphology of PAA. The results show that by this method can be ordered arrangement Nanoporous PAA membranes, especially in aqueous oxalic acid solution is relatively more pores in regular arrangement.
