直接染料废水强化混凝处理工艺及机理初探

摘要本文分别对系列化特征黏度聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDM)、聚丙酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(PDAC)和硫酸铝(AS)处理直接染料废水的絮凝脱色效果进行研究。用PDM、PDAC和AS分别对两种直接模拟染料废水进行烧杯实验,以上清液的吸光度和Zeta电位为检测指标,并计算脱色率。结果表明:对于两种有机絮凝剂,特征黏度对脱色率的有明显影响;随着絮凝剂投加量的增加,脱色率均呈现增加后降低;Zeta电位整体上是随着絮凝剂用量的增加呈上升趋势;随着pH值的增加,AS的脱色率先增加后降低。[η]=0.66 dL/g的PDM处理直接红玉和直接藏青染料废水的脱色效果最佳值为64%、72.4%,相应的絮凝剂用量分别为9.8mg·L-1、5.6 mg·L-1。[η]=6.88 dL/g的PDAC处理直接红玉染料废水的脱色效果最佳值为84.6%,相应的絮凝剂用量为10.1 mg·L-1,[η]=4.58 dL/g的PDAC处理直接藏青染料废水的脱色效果最好值为78.1%,相应的絮凝剂用量为7.5 mg·L-1;AS处理直接红玉和直接藏青染料废水的最佳pH范围为6-9,最大脱色率分别为90%、82%,此时所对应的絮凝剂用量和Zeta电位为40 mg·L-1、40 mg·L-1和-17.5mv 、-15.2mv。因此,絮凝剂的种类用量和染料结构以及废水的pH对脱色效果有重要的影响,在处理废水时,选择合适的絮凝剂有重大的意义。63855

Title   Treatment Process and Its Mechanism of Direct Dye Wastewater  by  Enhanced  Coagulation                 

Abstract The decolorization efficiencies of direct dyeing wastewaters by using series of polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride (PDM), polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride (PDAC) , and aluminum sulfate (AS) were studied in this article. PDM, PDAC and AS were employed by a jar test apparatus. The absorbance values and the Zeta potential of supernatant samples were used as testing index, and color removal efficiency were calculated. The results showed that the effect of intrinsic viscosity on decolorization was obvious for using organic flocculantions. Color removal efficiency increased first with flocculation dosage and then decreased. Zeta potential increased with increase of flocculation dosage. For AS, color removal efficiency increased with pH and then decreased. The best decolorization efficiency was 64% and 72.4% for [η]=0.66 dL/g PDM in treating Direct ruby and navy blue dyeing wastewater, respectively, when the flocculate dosages were 9.8mg·L-1and 5.6 mg·L-1. The best decolorization efficiency was 84.6% for [η]=6.88 dL/g PDM in treating Direct ruby dyeing wastewater, when the flocculate dosage was 10.1mg·L-1. The best decolorization efficiency was 78.1% for [η]=4.58 dL/g PDM in treating Direct ruby dyeing wastewater, when the flocculate dosage was 7.5mg·L-1. The optimum pH was 6-9 for AS in treating Direct ruby and navy blue dyeing wastewater, The best decolorization efficiency and Zeta potential were 90% ,82% and -17.5mv ,-15.2mv, when the flocculate dosage was all 40mg·L-1. Therefore, the structures of direct dyes, types and dosage of flocculation have an important influence on color removal efficiency. Choosing a suitable flocculation is important for dealing with the wastewater.
