摘要氧化石墨烯是一种性能优异的新型碳材料,具有较高的比表面积和丰富的表面官能团,在聚合物类复合材料具有广泛的应用前景。本文采用改进的Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯并用离子液体对其进行改性,从而制得氧化石墨烯/天然橡胶复合材料。性能测试结果表明,改性后的氧化石墨烯的加入使复合材料的正硫化时间明显上升,拉伸强度也有所提高,改善了其力学性能。此外,从导热系数以及TG的测试结果可以看出,复合材料的热学性能也有了很大的提高。同时,经过离子液体改性,氧化石墨烯在橡胶基体中的分散得到了显著改善,相比于未改性的氧化石墨烯样,改性后氧化石墨烯样各方面性能得到了进一步的提高。63624

Title  Study on the preparation and properties of Graphene Oxide/NR composites

Abstract As a new carbon material with excellect properties,Graphene Oxide exhibits high specific surface area and surface functional groups so that it can be applicated in the polymer-based composites widely. In this paper, graphene oxide was prepared by improved Hummers method, followed by modified through ionic liquids. After that, the graphene oxide/NR composites were prepared. The results of test show that the mechanical, the vulcanization time and tensile strength of the composites were improved significantly with the addition of modified graphene oxide.In addition, test results from the thermal conductivity and TG show that thermal properties of the composites were greatly improved. Meanwhile, the dispersions of graphene oxide in the rubber matrix obtained a significant improvement compared with unmodified graphene oxide so that the performance of composites with modified graphene oxide has been improved furtherly.
