摘要常温下丙烯酰胺凝胶影响因素研究本文在氧化剂溶液中通过自由基聚合机理制备了聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶。采用旋转流变仪研究了凝胶形成过程中的力学性能、粘度等变化情况,并通过红外光谱测试了凝胶的聚合过程中的化学键的变化。研究了单体含量、溶液中氧化剂的浓度等对凝胶形成的时间、凝胶形成过程中的力学性能、粘度等的影响。

结果表明:对凝胶形成过程中红外图谱的测试,可以知道凝胶形成时的C=C双键对应图谱上的峰消失。单体含量对凝胶的力学性能有较大的影响,单体含量越高,凝胶的弹性模量、粘性模量及粘度越小。交联度越高,凝胶的弹性模量、粘性模量及粘度越大。氧化剂溶液对凝胶也有较大影响,氧化剂溶液会加速凝胶的形成,且凝胶的硬度较小,收缩程度远低于纯水溶液制得的凝胶。63620

Acrylamide gel influencing factors at room temperature

Abstract

In this article, polyacrylamide hydrogel is prepared by radical polymerization mechanism in the oxidizer solution. Using a rotary rheometer to study the mechanical properties viscosity and other changes of the gel-forming process, and tested by infrared spectroscopy of a gel polymerization process in a chemical bond. Study the monomer content,concentration of the oxidizing agent in the solution for the gel-forming time, the gel-forming process of mechanical properties, the influence of viscosity.

IR spectra of the test on the gel-forming process,  we can know that the gel is formed when the C = C double bond corresponding to the disappearance of peaks on the map. Monomer content had a greater influence on the mechanical properties of the gel, the higher the monomer content, the smaller the elastic modulus, viscous modulus and viscosity of the gel. The higher the degree of crosslinking, the greater the elastic modulus, viscous modulus and viscosity of the gel. Oxidizer solution has a greater impact on the gel, the oxidizer solution will accelerate the formation of gel, and gel hardness is small, the degree of shrinkage is much lower than the pure aqueous solution of the obtained gel.
