摘要磷酸锂作为环氧丙烷异构化为烯丙醇的高效催化剂,主要研究了不同的加料方式对磷酸锂催化剂各方面性质及催化性能的影响。通过X射线衍射、红外光谱、扫描电镜、热失重分析对制备的催化剂使用前后进行了表征。发现碱入盐法制备的催化剂得到的是中空结构的磷酸锂微球,并且其催化性能最佳。红外光谱检测到使用后的催化剂有有机物峰,并且表面碱性减弱。又探索合成了新型的催化剂——纳米金负载的介孔二氧化硅微球,通过透射电镜可以确定纳米金粒子的直径在10nm左右。检测其催化性能得到在高温下(330℃以上)有催化效果,并且随温度升高,转化率升高,选择性基本不变。60114

Title    Screening of catalysts for propylene oxide isomerization and study on synthesis of lithium phosphate                                           

Abstract

Lithium phosphate as a catalyst for propylene oxide isomerization to allyl alcohol, the influence of different feeding manners on all aspects of properties of lithium phosphate catalyst and catalytic performance was mainly studied. By XRD, IR, SEM and TG analysis, catalysts before and after using were characterized. It was found that lithium phosphate catalyst prepared by adding salt into alkali is microspheres with hollow structure, and its catalytic performance is better than others. The Infrared spectroscopy showed that the used catalyst has peaks of organics, and the surface alkaline weakened. In addition, the synthesis of a new type of catalyst - gold nanoparticles supported on mesoporous silica microspheres was explored. By means of transmission electron microscopy, the diameter of gold nanoparticles can be determined, which is about 10nm. This catalyst has no catalysis effect until 330℃. And its conversation will increase with increasing temperature, but its selectivity remain basically unchanged.
