本论文主要以纤维素黄原酸酯水解法制备纤维素海绵,并以红麻为增强纤维,研究红麻的加入及其加入量对红麻性能的影响,并对增强海绵进行阻燃处理。 以红麻纤维做增强纤维,将增强纤维与纤维素粘胶液混合,加入模具中成型,沸水浴,水洗,干燥,即得试样纤维素海绵。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射、扫描电镜等研究手段研究了红麻处理前后的结构变化,以及红麻的加入和其加入量对纤维素海绵产品的力学性能及吸水性的影响能进行了研究。结果表明:红麻纤维和再生纤维素基体间具有良好的界面结合能力;红麻加入后,制品的蓬松度、外观、柔韧性及手感都能满足正常使用要求,同时海绵的吸水性和力学性能都有所提高。红麻纤维的加入量为 11wt%时,纤维素海绵的综合性能最优。对纤维素海绵进行Mg(OH)2阻燃处理,通过燃烧实验发现阻燃效果优异。 59694

Title: Preparation of Cellulose Sponge  for Fireproof Sealing Element 
Abstract: In this paper,  The  cellulose sponge  was  prepared by cellulose xanthate ester hydrolysis method. Kenaf was acted as reinforced fibers. The influence of the addition of kenaf and its addition amount on the properties of kenaf was studied. And, cellulose sponge was flame retardant processed. A mixture was prepared by mixing together viscose, kenaf which was treated by aqueous alkali and sodium sulfate decahydrate. The resulting mixture was molded, and heated by boiling water bath. Then the samples were got after being washed and dried. The structure was studied by FT-IR, XRD and SEM. And the mechanical properties and water absorption of cellulose sponge products were also studied. The results showed that it has good compatibility between the kenaf fibers and regenerated cellulose. The volume, appearance, flexibility and feel of the products can meet the requirements of normal use. At the same time,  water absorption  and mechanical properties of the sponges were improved. Comprehensive performance of the cellulose sponge would be optimal, when the addition amount of kenaf fiber was 11wt%. Cellulose sponge was flame retardant processed with Mg(OH)2, the effect of flame retardant is excellent.
