摘要:丙烯腈主要用于生产腈纶纤文,世界上其所占比例约为55%。我国用于生产腈纶的丙烯腈占80%以上。腈纶应用十分广泛,是继涤纶、尼龙之后的第3个大吨位合成纤文品种。其次,是用于ABS/AS塑料。由丙烯腈、苯乙烯和丁二烯合成的ABS塑料和由丙烯腈与苯乙烯合成的AS塑料是重要的工程塑料。因该产品具有高强度、耐热、耐光和耐溶性能较好等特点。与丁二烯共聚制丁腈橡胶也是丙烯腈的主要用途之一。丙烯腈也是重要的有机合成原料。丙烯腈经催化水合可制得丙烯酰胺,经电解加氢偶联可制得己二腈,丙烯酰胺主要用于纸张、废水处理、矿石处理、油品回收、三次采油化学品方面。此外,丙烯腈还可用来生产医药、高分子絮凝剂、纤文改性剂、纸张增强剂等。丙烷氨氧化法目前有两种工艺流程,一是丙烷在催化剂作用下,同时进行丙烷的氧化脱氢和丙烯氨氧化反应,称为丙烷一段氨氧化法;二是丙烷经氧化脱氢后生成丙烯,然后以常规的丙烯氨氧化工艺生产丙烯腈,称为丙烷两段氨氧化法。本设计采用丙烷一段氨氧化法。

This design adopts the propane period of ammonia oxidation process.
